About Jack.org

Jack.org is a national charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health. Through Jack Talks, Jack Chapters, and Jack Summits, young leaders identify and dismantle barriers to positive mental health in their communities.

HEADCHECK Health has partnered with Jack.org to spread the word about their educational resource Be There, an engaging and comprehensive online resource to learn how to support someone struggling with their mental health.

I struggled in silence with my mental health for a long time because I lacked both the education to understand what I was going through, and the vocabulary to articulate it. That's why Jack.org and the Jack Talks program are so important to me - they start the conversation I wish someone would have had with me when I was a young athlete on the precipice of discovering all of life's expectations.
