HeadCheck Health is looking for a talented, team-oriented, and competitive Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will interact with prospective customers of HeadCheck, and through your charming interactions by phone and email, will act as an investigator seeking organizations that might be interested in elevating the concussion care in their organization. Your versatility will be paramount as you will engage with prospective customers ranging from High School Athletic Therapists to League Commissioners to Health Clinic Owners. You will need to bring your A-game each day, be diligent, organized and efficient, and will need exceptional communication skills, asking the right questions at the right time and getting the information you need.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research prospective customers and opportunities for upcoming marketing and sales outreach.
  • Pick up the phone and call prospective customers to gather information about their organization. Through conversation, identify which of these prospects are interested in learning more about HeadCheck’s products and services.
    • Take diligent notes and update information in our CRM (Salesforce) about accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities following our best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive results and accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for completing new and different sales tasks that align with our company’s growth plan.
  • Achieve monthly lead quotas to ensure that the company stays on track with its growth plan.
  • Deliver engaging phone/web-based product presentations and demos.
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
  • Other roles & responsibilities as required by the business

  • Some understanding of sports and/or the key roles in sports organizations will be helpful for you as you attempt to navigate various organizations and identify the best person to connect with.
  • Strong technical skills including Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce), and web browsing will drive your efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time efficiency
  • 1+ years experience in sales (preferably SaaS/inside sales) with a track record of success is preferred.
